Cheju Halla University Discusses AI Education Center Development with Tashkent International University
A delegation from Cheju Halla University (led by Professor Young Joon Lee) visited Tashkent International University (TIU) in Uzbekistan to discuss collaboration for establishing an AI Education Center. Professor Young Joon Lee, head of the Cheju Halla University delegation, stated, “We will develop a program that leads AI education in Uzbekistan in collaboration with Tashkent International University,” expressing hope that “this cooperation will become an important milestone contributing to technological advancement in Central Asia.”
Building on these discussions, the AI Education Center is now preparing to welcome its first cohort of students ahead of its full launch. Continued efforts will be made through collaboration with TIU to cultivate regional AI talent and build a global education hub.
