Cheju Halla University Visits Dassault Systèmes Headquarters in France
A delegation from Cheju Halla University visited the global headquarters of Dassault Systèmes in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France, to discuss educational innovation and industry-academia cooperation plans.
During this visit, the Cheju Halla University delegation introduced the RISE (Regional Innovation System & Education) project, centered on educational programs and industry-academia cooperation for Jeju regional innovation, and held in-depth discussions on future cooperation plans with key executives of Dassault Systèmes.
Key discussion points included ▲discussions on the direction of future talent development and education with executives Amaury Chevallier-Chantepie and Nicolas Jeannée, ▲smart city sustainability initiatives with Alex de Sá, and ▲aerospace industry innovation plans with Alexandre Figuière.
In particular, through the 3DEXPERIENCE Playground experience guided by Dominique Anderson, the delegation was able to directly confirm real-world application cases of state-of-the-art virtual twin technology.
Cheju Halla University noted, “Through this visit, we were able to identify innovative educational methodologies and technology adoption plans to meet the demands of the digital transformation era,” and expressed hope to “provide better educational opportunities to our students through continued cooperation with Dassault Systèmes.”
