The Intelligent Services Business Division of the Jeju Regional Innovation Platform (RIS) recently held a successful innovative global mentoring program for eight Jeju university students passionate about the field of intelligent services. The event ran from the 8th through the 17th of the month.

Eight university students selected with support from the Intelligent Services Business Division participated in the program, receiving mentoring from representatives of Jeju-based companies and gaining support to strengthen their global competitiveness. Mentors shared their experience and expertise, providing students with invaluable advice and guidance.

Participants attended CES 2024 in Las Vegas, USA, and operated booths alongside their mentors, gaining first-hand experience in the global marketplace. Through this, they had the opportunity to grasp international trends and deepen their understanding of the global business environment.

Lee Kyubum, a student in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Cheju Halla University, expressed high appreciation for the experience gained through this program and conveyed his hope that more students would be given such opportunities in the future.

The Jeju Regional Innovation Platform (RIS) focused on providing international experience and professional knowledge to Jeju university students through this global mentoring program, and plans to further strengthen the global competitiveness of regional talent through continued education and support.
